Retention Operations Console
Closed Case retention removes eligible closed Cases and their related workspace records. It does not delete open Cases, guarantee deletion from external backups or exports, or override legal, contractual, or incident-hold obligations.
Scope and non-guarantees. This is a manual, human-only workspace operation. Canonical Cases with dependents can be blocked to preserve case relationships. Workspace export access is managed through authorized Actors; this console never displays an API key.
Preview and execution are available only to a human workspace owner in a writable session.
